Kristin Engvig is a social entrepreneur and pioneering founder of WIN (Women’s International Networking), a leadership initiative for a more conscious, feminine, interconnected, global, and sustainable future. She gathered experiences from all over the world; she comes from Norway, she founded the WIN organization in Milan in 1997 and then moved to Switzerland. WIN organizes conferences in all corners of the world: in Japan, India, Italy, Czech Republic or Nigeria. Kristin brought a revolutionary view into the business world by encouraging and empowering women to be feminine leaders. She believes women’s values have to be represented to be able to create a bright future where we can all flourish.
She devoted her speech at the 12th year of Equal Pay Day mainly to the topic of the need of feminine values in the world. She compared the leadership styles of women and men and encouraged all the participants to be authentic leaders. Listen to this great speaker who leads by example.

In the Czech Republic, Equal Pay Day is organized by the public benefit organization Business & Professional Women CR z.s., which brings together active women who want to do much more than just business. The organization is part of the BPW International network, which has been operating in more than 100 countries for over 90 years. The founding member of the organization was the Czech senator Františka Plamínková. This organization was founded in the Czech Republic in 2010 by Lenka Šťastná with the vision that when women come together, they can do incredible things.
