I develop external ESG Ambassador and Diversity Ambassador services for organizations that want to include this topic professionally in their agenda, I create tailor-made projects. I am still dealing with gender issues and education for the 21st century, especially in the sense of learning leadership and strategic planning.
What do YOU DO to be SEEN & HEARD?
I especially try to make sure that those for whom I work are seen and heard, and at the same time, I do not avoid expressing my opinion and do not reject opportunities that allow me to enter public debates.
What kind of CHANGE you would like to SEE & MAKE?
A self-confident company that does not pigeonhole, but creates conditions for realization for all without distinction.
What kind of CHALLENGES are the most imporant in 2023?
Do not give up our interest in public events. Don’t let ourself be poisoned by unfavorable economic developments and stay active. Think, act long-term.
What are the topics that are not publicly spoken, but it definitely should be?
About the fact that the Czech Republic does not have long-term goals of what kind of country and society wants to be and what wants to do. There is not enough talk about the position and potential of women in Czech society, and there is no emphasis on a really clear policy supporting work-life balance.
