Nina Wenzl studied political science in Germany and gained international experience in Spain, London and Australia. She began her career working for PR agencies.

In June 2018, she joined Mars as Director Corporate Affairs for Mars Wrigley in Germany and joined the Central Europe Mars Wrigley Leadership Team in October 2024 as Director Corporate Affairs for 10 Central European markets. Nina loves it when her work contributes to inclusion & diversity in society and has had many opportunities to represent Mars and its Purpose driven brands like Malteser or M&M´S at panel discussions and events with this objective. Nina is passionate about fostering female careers in her team and organization and has taken much inspiration from the Women Leading Purposefully program by the Harvard Business School she successfully passed. In addition to her job, she is a mother of two daughters of 11 and 14, lives in Munich and likes to get plenty of exercise and fresh air in the countryside.
