Jana Černoušková
Founder of JKONCEPT
Jana Černoušková works as a lecturer, consultant, gender expert. She speaks at conferences, which she sometimes moderates. She is also the founder of the educational and consulting company JKONCEPT s.r.o.
She deals with the situation on the labor market, the position of women in society, work life balance, education systems, soft skills trainings and topics related to ESG and intergenerational understanding and cooperation. It’s not a complete list, but just to give you an idea.
For a long time, she was and is involved in projects supporting women’s entrepreneurship and setting up optimal business models using a mentoring and coaching approach.
She constantly educates herself and follows the trends. To her education in the field of public administration, gender studies, teaching, career counseling, she added in 2024 certificate of the Equal Remuneration System Project (MPSV) in the first wave of the Equal Remuneration Auditor program.
