Oliana Sula is part of the Management Department at the Faculty of Business, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës since October 2013, where she teaches the subjects “Business Ethics,” “Business Communication,” and “Operations Management.” She obtained her PhD in Management in 2020 from the Estonian Business School in Tallinn, Estonia. Her previous academic background is from France, specifically holding a Master’s degree in International Management from IAE Lyon III, Université “Jean Moulin” Lyon III, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Sciences from Université Lyon Lumière Lyon II.

Her research interests include youth entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment in business, digital skills, digital transformation of businesses, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and consumer ethics. She is an author and co-author of articles in international scientific journals and has participated in international scientific conferences.

She has international teaching experience in Estonia, Spain, and France and has also benefited from Erasmus+ staff exchange training in Germany, Spain, and Romania. She has had the opportunity to exchange research experiences in Spain and Argentina. She has provided her expertise in national and international projects funded by local and foreign donors, such as UAMD, the University Agency of the Francophonie, and the European Union.

She has an excellent command of French, English, Spanish, and Italian, and has basic knowledge of Portuguese
