My name is Zhanet Grigorova and since the last 10 years I have been developed myself in the field of marketing and communication. On a daily basis I am leading different sorts of projects from conception to completion using different digital tools and communication skills to improve the end results.

Topic: A Journey of Self-Discovery – From Self-Doubt to Personal Growth and Confidence

Personal growth and development is one of the most challenging yet essential aspects of life that we need to continuously work on after completing our education in high school and university. The responsibility of finding motivation lies entirely in “our hands.”

According to Dr. Laura King’s work, “Personal Growth and Personality Development: Well-being and Ego Development,”

One of the main pillars of career development is our ability to upgrade and expand our skills. I strongly believe that self-improvement is the foundation of better career opportunities and one of the keys to achieving equal job opportunities and fair pay.

The focus of my topic is to discuss practical advice related to:

• Goal setting,
• The benefits of acquiring new skills,
• Techniques for determining priorities in the areas of career, family, personal life, health, and finances.
