Marina started working at the LEGO Group 8 years ago and has held various roles.

She started her career as Vice President and General Manager, UK & Ireland, then she moved to B2B eCommerce and Performance Marketing, WE.

Prior joining the LEGO Group, she worked at various international companies such as PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble.
She held a Bachelors Degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics and Master’s Degree, Psychology from Murmansk State Humanities University.

Before moving to Prague, she lived with her family – a husband, 2 sons and a dog in the United Kingdom.
Her passion outside of work is sport, travelling and reading books.
