Szandra Staudinger-Krucsó is a Digital Business Architect in the IT department at E.ON, with over five years of experience in digital projects. In her role, she acts as a vital liaison between business, IT, and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration across these areas.

With extensive international experience, Szandra has worked in cross-functional teams, bringing diverse perspectives to her work. She spent six years in Denmark, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Concept Development and a Master’s degree in Business, Language, and Culture. Additionally, she gained practical experience in Spain. Szandra is currently pursuing a part-time MBA at ESMT Berlin, balancing her studies with her professional commitments.

Szandra is deeply passionate about sustainability and female empowerment, particularly in leadership positions and in the IT sector. She has a solid background in the startup environment, having served as the Head of Operations for a non-profit organization that supports sustainable startups.

Currently, Szandra volunteers with the WILL Foundation, an organization focused on empowering women leaders, and mentors high school students, helping them navigate life decisions and providing guidance on career paths and further education.
