Topic: Leadership & Business Compass

I chose this topic because of my extensive experience in corporations, entrepreneurship, and public administration. As the former Chief of Cabinet of the 42nd Government, I have firsthand knowledge of how crucial leadership guidance is in the right direction.

Participants will receive leadership guidelines that balance strictness and empathy—because these are the leaders who move forward. We will discuss how to build authority while maintaining a human approach, and I will explain why this balance is essential for long-term success.

Additionally, we will explore the Business Compass from the perspective of leadership, communication, and negotiation. Together, we will work on developing skills that empower women to navigate the business world with confidence, make strategic decisions, and effectively communicate their ideas and goals.

The goal is for each participant to leave with a clearer understanding of their leadership style and with tools that will help them enhance their influence and negotiation power.
