Why I Accepted This Challenge

Moderating the Equal Pay Day conference is not only an opportunity to contribute, in some way, to the crucial topic of equal pay and workplace equality, but above all, it is a great honor that I deeply appreciate.

I take on this role with great humility, as the conference itself is the result of the energy and dedication of many people who strive to create positive change and make a meaningful impact on our society. At the same time, they put tremendous effort into ensuring a well-prepared program filled with inspiring speakers.

I’ll be there – why should you be too?

Why should you be there? Because everyone who has been there once wants to come back next year. And not only do they want to be there, but they can’t wait to be there again!
