About me

Katalin has a long and diverse experience in all three sectors – nonprofit, corporate and government – and built strong intercultural skills during her career while living in seven countries. She served as an MP in the Hungarian parliament for the Green Party, working on women’s issues, consumer protection and foreign affairs. She started her foreign service in Prague in 2016, working on science, technology and innovation projects, supporting startups among others. Her passion is supporting women as a certified coach and pro bono mentor. She has supported talented female business leaders and politicians for the past 10 years, helping them to fulfill their potential.

How to stand up after a failure? How to get back on your horse? How to stand out? What is courage and confidence in different situations? How can you learn from mistakes?

I have been working on these topics for a long time and I really enjoy sessions where we can learn from each other. If we are brave to share our failures, we can gain true wisdom. I had to be brave a few times in my life and I understand it’s sometimes hard to stand up for yourself. But you will only stand out, get recognized if you are different. Don’t be afraid to be different. In the age of disinformation, AI, only and authentic and recognizable character will stand out from the crowd.
