Elena Mladenovska Jelenkovikj is a transformative leader with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including telecommunications, banking, agriculture, wine, tourism, and education. She currently serves as the CEO of M6 Educational Centre and the Executive Director of Wines of Macedonia. Elena is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and sustainability, focusing on bridging the gender gap and creating opportunities for women to excel in the corporate world.
In recent years, Elena has spearheaded several impactful initiatives. Under her leadership, M6 Educational Centre has launched innovative programs aimed at fostering personal growth, empowering leadership, and driving sustainability. One notable achievement is the “Private Sector Engagement” program, developed in collaboration with the Swiss project “Education for Employment – E4E.” This initiative focuses on skill development for middle management, a critical pillar for organizational success. Additionally, Elena has been instrumental in organizing conferences and training sessions that address societal and economic challenges, promoting transformative solutions for individuals and businesses.
