Be seen, be heard: How to do it but not overdo it…
In our mentoring session, we’ll shine a spotlight on some of the things you may be doing unknowingly in your day-to-day interactions with colleagues, that are helping you make your voice heard but are ruining your influence in the process.
Who is this for?
Female executives (in people or project management roles) who not only want to be seen and heard in meetings but who want to get real buy-in for their ideas to make a positive impact at work.
After 15+ years in the corporate world, living & working in 5 different countries across two continents, I created SHELeads as my passion project. It’s my mission to help professional women tap into their inner sources of power to succeed in their career & leadership. Since its start in 2018, the program has touched the lives of many female executives from all over Europe.
The program combines my managerial experience and professional skill set in a variety of sectors including IT, Travel & Tourism, Wellness & Beauty, Human Behavior & Psychology, and what I’ve learned from my teachers, mentors and my own life journey. Over the years, I trained in a wide range of disciplines including Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Mentoring, Mindfulness and Meditation. Learn more at sheleads.it.
Fun fact: I am also a certified ‘Enlightened Warrior’, having trained in the deep tropical forest of Malaysia 🙂
What do YOU DO to be SEEN & HEARD?
I always strive to create value for my audience. If they read my articles, watch my video blog posts or listen to my interviews or talks, and the content inspires them somehow, makes them reflect or helps them obtain concrete results in their career/life, they come back for more. What’s more, they are likely to then share the content with others and consequently my voice gets heard by more and more people and my circle of influence grows.
