The director of the business network at Allianz Insurance company. She graduated from VUT in Brno and has been working in the insurance business since 2005. She has been working in various managerial positions for many years, previously in NN and now for 3 years she has been managing the sales network  at Allianz. She emphasizes personal development, partnership cooperation, mentoring and continuous dialogue in performance management. She likes to spend her free time with her family or playing sports, since childhood she has loved music and its interpretation.
