I am enthusiastic, I like having fun at work and I see obstacles as challenges, and I am truly proud of the teams that I have built. I have worked in HR for over 13 years. I have tried different HR positions in global corporations. I like searching for potential in people and I try to evaluate them. This has brought me to Edenred in the position of the Cafeteria benefit system.

The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
A corporate culture cannot be lived just by the management, it must be lived by people. It is essential that people care for corporate values, identify themselves with them and live them. We should know what people like and provide them with stimuli and space and show them current trends. For me, it is important that a corporate culture is not just about things and activities that can be medialized; it really has to help people.
What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
I look forward to going to work every day. It sounds like a cliché, but I have been pretty lucky in this respect. This is largely thanks to the people with whom I work and who surround me at work. I work in an environment where we are all equal and support each other. I have been lucky with my employer and the company culture. I am happy that I can speak my mind and stand behind my ideas.
What do you expect to gain from this conference?
