As a member of the Board of Directors of Asahi Europe & International, she manages the Teams responsible for external and internal communication, institutional relationships and sustainability in 60 countries across Europe and other continents.
She studied Economics and worked in the banking sector as an economist for the first 10 years of her career. In the brewing industry she has been for 21 years – before joining the parent group Asahi, she worked for Prazdroj in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and India.
Drahomíra Mandíková has been dedicated for a long time to the area of social responsibility and sustainable development. She leads the Sustainability working group within the European Brewers‘ Association, and is actively involved in the development of European business environment towards greater sustainability, focusing on climate change, developing diversity and inclusion in business, and support of women’s leadership.
