At the Equal Pay Day conference, I’m going to share the lessons I learnt from other women because they helped me to move forward, because they inspired me, because they gave me strength.

I will try to pass them on, along with the message of how responsible companies should treat women, because I believe that it will pay off fully through the responsible women inside.
