Irena Prášilová is the Head of the Investment and Value Management team within the CTO organization at MSD Czech Republic. Her lifelong passion lies in equal opportunities for women and mentoring, actively supporting initiatives such as Women Network and the League of Employees of African Descent. Irena proudly contributes to the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), which is a key priority for MSD.

Before joining MSD, Irena worked in consulting at Accenture, where she focused on finance and organizational performance improvement. She is deeply engaged in talent development, believing that a highly skilled team is the foundation for innovative solutions in a dynamic IT environment.
