Expert in WEPs implementation and women’s business support

Iryna is actively engaged in developing gender equality initiatives and leads the Women In community, which brings together women from across Ukraine. As a researcher at the Masood Entrepreneurship Centre, University of Manchester, she is working on a project exploring the role of women in venture capital and startups through the experiences of Ukraine and the UK.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing programmes for women entrepreneurs in Ukraine, including training, grants, and research into their specific needs. Iryna is involved in various initiatives aimed at fostering equal access to funding and opportunities for women in leadership roles.
