Introduce yourself in 5 sentences

The first construction project that I helped with was when I was still in school. It was a development center for children without a home. Since then, construction and human development have been number one for me. I have been in construction for 10 years now, currently in the position of construction and technical supervision on behalf of the investor. Although I am a woman, I love technology and I have always been attracted to psychology. The connection of these two things plus many years of studying improvisational theater gave rise to Nandaru, a company that helps individuals achieve their goals. Today, I focus both on domestic and foreign markets.

The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?

When we come to companies, management always tells us that their corporate culture is above standard. However, the reality is unfortunately different. A company driven by competitiveness and the individualism of each employee is not one that I would like to work for. Therefore, it is important to start working on corporate culture and include everybody, from the entry-level employees up to the general manager.

What do you expect to gain from this conference?

As my lifelong drive has always been people, I believe that I will meet many inspirational women and men at the conference again who will make me think, pique my interest with their opinions and help push me further.

What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?

I would like to motivate women so they are not held back by their fears and are able to communicate their needs. I would also like to open the theme that currently concerns me the most: work and motherhood in generation Y. Because of a great deal of individualism in relationships, women often have to decide between career and children. I believe that if the corporate culture changes, employers will be able to accommodate them and both can be combined.
