Klára comes from Prague. She graduated in civil engineering and subsequently from the University of Economics. She has been working at Kaufland for 10 years, the last 1.5 years as a financial director and since 1.1.2021 as an executive. Prior to Kaufland she worked for the audit company Deloitte in the Czech Republic and Canada for 6 years.

What do you do when you can’t do something, as you imagined?

I’ll try it again.

What do you think would help to make women’s VOICE be more heard?

When there will be enough motivated and confident listeners in the society.

Are you planning any “Change” in 2022?

I don’t know about any yet.
