Lucie Lamačová
CEO and Managing Director of ET PACTUM
Registered Mediator, Lecturer, and Facilitator
Registered Mediator and Course Lecturer | Founder of ET PACTUM, a Mediation Company and Mediation Training Center | Co-founder of ET MENTIS, a Mental Health Clinic Providing Individual and Group Psychotherapy as well as an Addiction Treatment Center
Lucie is a professional mediator and negotiator. Based on her extensive practice, she believes that helping people facing serious life situations should be comprehensive. This philosophy led to the creation of the Divorce Consortium, a project that operates at the intersection of her two companies and offers turnkey solutions for divorces and separations. The project integrates mediation, legal support from attorneys, psychotherapy, and additional specialized services, including financial experts, real estate appraisers, and court experts. This holistic approach helps individuals save time, money, and—most importantly—the mental well-being of themselves and their children.
Lucie gained negotiation experience working as a Sales Director and HR Business Partner. She has been engaged in lecturing, developing educational programs, and entrepreneurship for over 25 years. She also teaches at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Economics, Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and frequently organizes discussions and lectures on mediation.
Lucie is a mother of four children, aged 6 to 23.
