I am ambitious and I am used to working hard to achieve my goals. I got to my current position by taking a long journey that I still remember well and often think of. It helps me to self-reflect and to be modest, but it also helps me when I am working with my team. I place high demands on my people, but I can also see the human side. My goal is to support other ambitious women so there are more of us in executive positions in business.

The main 2019 topic is Corporate Identity. What is your view on this topic?
Coroprate culture creates an atmosphere and directly affects performance and results. We hear a lot about it, but not much is actually done. Corporate culture is not just about benefits and nice offices. Often a smile and a hello in the hallway can make wonders. That’s where it starts. And management should lead by example.
What do you expect to gain from this conference?
Energy from similarly wired people and useful experience from others that I can use in my day-to-day work.
What idea would you like to pass on to conference guests and why?
If the attendees take home even one suggestion for their future work or a tip on how to work with their team, their day was not wasted. You just have to put it in practice, tomorrow if possible!
