A lot of people are very afraid of changes and a lot experience big changes as a crisis in a negative way. I would like to share the positive aspects of such crisis and how to use it as an opportunity for change. There is a lot of frustration and a feeling of impotency. I choose the above topic to have a speed mentor session to have a first idea of the goal to achieve and also have an idea what can be the next three steps. I will share my last crisis and how I went through by focusing on my needs and what I wanted.
