I want to be a change agent for sustainability in my area of responsibility. I am enthusiastic about up-cycling and innovation for re-usage of used material. I strongly believe in diversity that enriches my personal live and enspires me everyday. Problem solving is my passion as I am an optimistic leader. I try to encourage teams to utilize their diffrences as an advantage to come to more innovative problem solving. Interdependent leadership, trust in people and delegation of responsibility is the base of my leadership style.
