Introduction in few sentences

Ondřej Hlaváček is an HR Director at Moser glass manufactory, a producer of luxurious drinking and decorative glass. Prior he worked as Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Prague, where he brought almost 20 years of extensive experience in the Executive Search industry with the main focus on Industrial and Oil & Gas Practice Groups. Over the course of his career, he held several C-Level positions, ranging from Managing Director to Partner at major players in the global search industry, for one of which he co-founded the Czech branch. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he served as a Partner at one of the world’s largest Executive Search companies Neumann Partners and during his tenure he completed hundreds of executive searches for clients that ranged from early stage startups to Fortune 50 organizations across the Heavy Industry with a focus on Automotive, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Legal and IT sectors in CEE. Before entering the field, he was responsible for the regional Sales & Operations Department at 3M/Imation.
