Equal Pay Day is proud to welcome our foreign partners supported by the Central European Initiative (CEI) project called Equal Pay Day conference going international! II. Our conference and mentoring tables will be enriched by varieties of views from very successful women from 9 different countries counting Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, North Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia and Ukraine. Italy and Ukraine are joining us for the first time. Received women are mostly mentoring our tables during Saturday. They are coming to learn a specific mentoring method called “Speed mentoring”. This method proved to be extremely effective and our foreign mentors will take this knowledge with them and use it at home. In return they share their most valuable lessons from their fields of practice with us during Saturday’s mentoring tables.

We are also extremely pleased to welcome Mr. Roberto Antonione, a Secretary General of CEI who will attend our conference as well. Among our honored guests is Mrs. Katalin Ertsey representing the Hungarian Embassy, who will give a short speech during the conference and run two mentoring tables on Saturday – Let’s be Brave! Courage and Confidence through Failure.
