About me

At GasNet, we ensure reliable natural gas supplies for 2.3 million customers and at the same time we prepare the Czech Republic for renewable gases: hydrogen and biomethane. Diversity of experience and opinion gives us strength on the road to a sustainable gas industry. We are a safe place where every professional is welcome.

As CSO, I set GasNet’s direction in the areas of ESG, human resources, communications, procurement, facility & car fleet. Three values are the compass on our voyage: safety, reliability and respect. It is on these that we are building the gas industry of the future. Every day.

Our efforts are reflected in the independent ESG rating that GasNet receives annually from the international agency Sustainalytics. It has ranked our company as having a high level of ESG management. Compared to 95 other gas companies, GasNet was rated as the 3rd best globally in 2023.

I am proud that we were the first company in the Czech energy sector to become a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and that we received the prestigious title of Fair Employer with a Good Atmosphere 2023. This is awarded to the best companies based on employee evaluations on Atmoscope. We are among them.
