She is the author and co-author of several scientific books based on economy and regional  economic history  and about thirty scientific and professional papers on the topic of the regional economy, as well as several expert reviews and public lectures on women’s entrepreneurship. As a polyglot and an experienced economist, she was in charge of international affairs, promotion and foreign investments at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Pula. As a PhD of science and analyst, she ends her business career as an economics lecturer at the Polytechnic in Pula.

 Among the more important engagements on the topic of women’s entrepreneurship, the following stand out: Croatian representative for women entrepreneurship in  UNECE TOSWE, WP8. Geneva, from 2001 to 2004, , Key note speaker at the BPW Danube Conference in Hofburg in 2012, in Istanbul in 2014. Keynote speaker on the topic of women’s entrepreneurship at the IV annual EU Strategy Forum for the Danube Region in Ulm in 2015, presentation in the Croatian Parliament in 2016, 2019 and 2023, Keynote speaker in the Chamber of Athens in 2018, Universita di Sanio (Benevento) 2019 etc.

She is the founder and president of the BPW – the First Croatian Club entrepreneurial club in Pula since 2001, then the President of the women’s entrepreneurial network of the Danube region BPW Danube Net from 2009 to 2016. Founder and president of BPW AdrionNet since 2017. Co-organizer of the 1st BPW Adrionnet Forum at the Athens Chamber of Commerce (Greece) and the 2nd BPW AdrionNet Forum at the Italian University of Sannio (Benevento-Italy). Under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Croatia and other regional and republican institutions, the 3rd BPW AdrionNet Forum was organized in Pula on October 2, 2020.

Aware of the disunity of numerous clubs of female entrepreneurs in Croatia, she launched, together with the initial committee, the Platform for networking clubs and institutions that encourage female entrepreneurship, in the House of Europe on September 30, 2024.
