Altynay Tezekova is People & Culture Director at Philip Morris Czech Republic & Slovakia, bringing over 20 years of extensive HR experience from diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and FMCG across Kazakhstan, Russia and Africa. Altynay joined Philip Morris Kazakhstan in 2012 as an HR Business Partner supporting Operations and later worked as People & Culture Director for Kazakhstan and Central Asia. In September 2024, she relocated to Prague to take on her current role. She holds a degree in Human Resources from the UK and is deeply passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams, driving people-centric strategies to foster organizational growth and employee well-being.
