About me

Andrea Gontkovičová has been Chairwoman of the Board and CEO of Philip Morris for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary since 2019. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. In 1997, she joined Philip Morris Slovakia, where she held various positions, and in 2004 she moved to Philip Morris International in Switzerland. In the following years she worked for the company in several countries, in 2016 she moved to Prague as Director of Innovation and Development and was behind the expansion of the IQOS product on the market.
