Izabela Vitasović is a university specialist in business success management with 28 years of experience in banking, focusing on managing business relationships with corporate clients in the medium-sized enterprise segment, state-owned enterprises, local government, large systems, and international clients.

She has held leadership positions in entrepreneurial and family banking. Izabela has conducted numerous training sessions and workshops for female entrepreneurs, including moderating roundtables at BPW Adrionet Forums in Athens (Greece), Benevento (Italy), and Pula; at the 10th BPW DANUBE NET Forum in Pula; and leading a workshop titled „How to Encourage the Growth and Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship?“ at the Istrian Development Agency IDA d.o.o.

She also moderated a panel discussion on the Action Plan of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Platform at the Initial Conference in Zagreb (House of Europe). In her free time, as a form of stress relief, she has been running a family farm for 30 years with her husband and family, where she is responsible for managing finances, marketing, and sales of their Teraboto wines and extra virgin olive oils. She is a member of the international association of businesswomen, BPW – Business and Professional Women, where she serves as vice president of the BPW First Croatian Club in Pula.
