She joined Philip Morris ČR in 2017 as HR Manager for Sales and Marketing. After her second parental leave, she took over responsibility for the corporate department in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. She is currently in charge of employee engagement, corporate culture building, diversity, equality and inclusion, wellbeing and internal communications for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. A key part of her role is creating, setting and implementing strategies and plans within the vision of building a smoke-free future, with the aim of maintaining high employee engagement and building an inclusive culture and diversity and equal opportunities.
Prior to joining Philip Morris, she worked at Plzeňský Prazdroj and its parent company SABMiller, Vodafone and the consultancy Assessment Systems.
She studied psychology at Charles University. She studied in the UK, Australia and Canada. She received coaching training under the founder of existential analysis, Alfried Längle, and is currently in psychotherapeutic training in logotherapy and existential analysis.
Outside of work, she volunteers with the Junák – Czech Scout organization for children.
She is married and has a son and a daughter.
