I want to be a change agent for sustainability in my area of responsibility. I am enthusiastic about up-cycling and innovation for re-usage of used material. I strongly believe in diversity that enriches my personal live and enspires me everyday. Problem solving is my passion as I am an optimistic leader. I try to encourage teams to utilize their diffrences as an advantage to come to more innovative problem solving. Téma: How to use a crisis as impulse for a change and focus on new goals

A lot of people are very afraid of changes and a lot experience big changes as a crisis in a negative way. I would like to share the positive aspects of such crisis and how to use it as an opportunity for change. There is a lot of frustration and a feeling of impotency. I choose the above topic to have a speed mentor session to have a first idea of the goal to achieve and also have an idea what can be the next three steps. I will share my last crisis and how I went through by focusing on my needs and what I wanted.
