Since January 2021, she has served as Program Director. She is responsible for leading the programming department, developing the programming strategy for all Nova Group stations as well as content strategy for digital platforms. In addition to creating programming schedules and coordinating broadcasting, she is responsible for domestic and foreign acquisitions, dubbing and the development of new formats. Since 2011, she has worked as Programme Director for Slovak TV Markíza and since 2019 also as Director of Acquisitions for TV Nova. She now leads the programming sections for both countries.
